一、工作原理1、取样。取样系统采用了振动管原理,采用了昆士兰大学的专刊。最大粒度为50mm的煤流以每小时1—30t的速度落下流过振动管。管的振动和对于排放率的控制保证了物料的密度不变,并使得在水量变化或粒度分布变化时向下流动不受阻。从振动管中排放的煤量受振动进料器的控制,振动进料器由COALSCAN计算
First, the working principle 1, sampling. Sampling system uses a vibrating tube principle, using a special issue of the University of Queensland. A coal stream with a maximum particle size of 50 mm falls through the vibrating tube at a rate of 1-30 t per hour. Vibration of the tube and control of the discharge rate ensure that the density of the material is constant and that the downward flow is not hindered as the volume of water changes or the distribution of particle sizes changes. The amount of coal discharged from the vibrating tube is controlled by the vibrating feeder, which is calculated by COALSCAN
