大量投资公司的涌入使得一级半市场迅速膨胀。陕西、四川、山东等都有当地的投资公司以不 同方式经营“原始股票”，沿海经济发达地区的投资公司一般为直接面对投资者的直销公司，业内 的行话称之为“线头”。通俗地解释，陕西、山东、四川是“原始股票”的生产地，而沿海发达城 市的投资公司则是一级批发商。
The influx of a large number of investment companies makes a rapid expansion of a market. There are local investment companies in Shaanxi, Sichuan and Shandong that operate the “original stocks” in different ways. The investment companies in economically developed coastal areas are generally direct selling companies directly facing investors. The jargon in the industry is called the “thief.” Popularly explained, Shaanxi, Shandong, Sichuan is the “original stock” of the place of production, while the investment company in the developed coastal cities is a first-class wholesaler.
