母语,亦称第一语言,是一个人最早接触、学习并掌握的一种或几种语言。母语一般是自幼就开始接触并持续运用到青少年或之后;并且,一个人所受的家庭或学校教育中,尤其是早期,有相当部分是通过母语传授的。一般所提倡的母语音乐教育并非仅是歌唱和民族音调的识别,还包含着丰富的文化内涵,以中华文化为母语的音乐教育是由中华各民族、各地区不同音乐风格内容所组成的,并有着中华民族文化精神、心理、行为、艺术、思维方式、审美理想及价值观念等深厚的文化哲学体系基础。
Mother tongue, also known as the first language, is the earliest one to contact, learn and master one or several languages. Mother tongues are usually started from childhood and continued to be applied to adolescents or later; and a considerable part of the family or school education a person receives, especially early, is taught in her mother tongue. Generally speaking, mother tongue music education advocated is not only the recognition of singing and national tone, but also rich in cultural connotation. The mother tongue education of Chinese culture consists of different musical styles in all ethnic groups and regions in China, and It has the profound philosophical foundation of culture such as the cultural spirit, psychology, behavior, art, mode of thinking, aesthetic ideal and values of the Chinese nation.
