胎盘是母体和子体进行物质交换的重要结构,又是一个重要的内分泌器官。滋养层细胞为胎盘具有分泌功能的细胞,它能分泌各种多肽及甾体激素及数种胎盘特异性蛋白质早已被证实。随着对胎盘滋养层生理功能研究的深入发展,人们对其激素和特异性蛋白质的分泌功能也有了进一步的认识。本文简述这方面的某些进展。一、胎盘滋养层细胞的激素分泌现已证明,胎盘滋养层细胞除能分泌绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)及胎盘泌乳素(hPL)外,还能分泌其它多种激素。 (一)多肽激素 1.下丘脑多肽激素类似物:早在1970年就发现大鼠胎盘提取物能刺激垂体释放LH,后又发现人及羊绒毛膜提取物也有
