本文基于理论分析,归纳出7个影响跨组织知识转移和信息系统成功的因素,提出了8条假设。使用主成分分析法,由7个因素的观测变量构造出3个因子变量,构建了描述这些因子、跨组织知识转移和信息系统成功等三类变量之间关系的结构方程模型。由此,通过实证分析,验证假设和结构方程模型,结果表明高层领导支持、项目管理、用户培训、外部支持、组织文化等5个因素对信息系统相关知识的跨组织转移存在正面的影响,知识转移因素对信息系统的成功有正向作用,并进一步得出组织与管理、跨组织知识转移是信息系统获得成功的两个最主要关键因素的结论。
Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper summarizes seven factors that affect knowledge transfer across organizations and the success of information systems, and puts forward eight hypotheses. Using the principal component analysis method, three factor variables were constructed from observational variables of seven factors, and a structural equation model describing the relationship among these factors, such as these factors, cross-organization knowledge transfer, and information system success, was constructed. Therefore, through empirical analysis, the hypothesis and the structural equation model were validated. The results show that five factors such as senior leadership support, project management, user training, external support, and organizational culture have a positive impact on the cross-organizational transfer of information system-related knowledge. The transfer factor has a positive effect on the success of the information system, and further concludes that organization and management and cross-organizational knowledge transfer are the two most important key factors for the success of the information system.
