目的:探讨红花黄色素对大鼠肾间质纤维化的影响。方法:将40只SD雄性大鼠随机分为假手术(SO)组、单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)组、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂厄贝沙坦组(IRB组)和红花黄色素组(SY组)。大鼠肾组织行苏木精-伊红和Masson染色,计算肾间质纤维化的相对面积。免疫组化技术检测I型胶原(ColI)和纤维连接蛋白(FN)在肾组织中的表达。结果:SY治疗组和IRB治疗组能有效改善UUO大鼠的肾脏间质纤维化,SY组和IRB组中各时间点ColI和FN蛋白的表达均低于UUO组(P<0.05),但高于SO组(P<0.05),两组治疗间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红花黄色素可减轻UUO大鼠肾间质纤维化程度,延缓肾脏间质纤维化。
Objective: To investigate the effects of safflor yellow on renal interstitial fibrosis in rats. Methods: Forty SD male rats were randomly divided into sham operation (SO) group, unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) group, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist irbesartan group (IRB group) and safflower yellow pigment Group (SY group). Rat renal tissue hematoxylin-eosin and Masson staining, calculate the relative area of renal interstitial fibrosis. The expression of type I collagen (ColI) and fibronectin (FN) in renal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with UUO group, the expression of ColI and FN in SY group and IRB group was significantly lower than that in UUO group (P <0.05) In the SO group (P <0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Safflower yellow can reduce the degree of renal interstitial fibrosis in rats with UUO and delay renal interstitial fibrosis.
