“弱智儿童广播体操”于一九八八年十月份在一年级一个班搞试点,在一九九0年二月上旬以点带面全校推广,为期四年。本课题根据弱智儿童心理生理特征,结合本校学生群体特征,又根据普小广播操的操练要求改编了一套适合于弱智儿童的广播体操。本体操基本上以轴对称的做法,动作力求简单。通过体育课重点教、活动课认真练、早操时天天练来提高操练的正确性和熟练性。本课题研究遵循可接受性、集体教学与个别教学相结合和小步子多循环等特殊教学原则,在专家们的帮助下,使该套广播操逐渐完善,并随着学生年龄的增大,逐渐加难。通过为期四年的“弱智儿童广播体操”训练,我校学生养成了认真上操的习惯。增强了集体观念、促进了行为的自我控制和手、头、足、眼与肢体协调平衡能力,提高了灵敏度和节奏感。在增加体体质的基础上,促进了智力发展,提高了学习效率。实践证明,这套广播体操符合弱智儿童的身心特点,可以为他们今后的发展奠定良好的基础。
The “Mentally Handicapped Radio Gymnastics” piloted a class in the first grade in October 1988 and a four-year extension to the whole school in early January, February 1980. According to the mental and physical characteristics of mentally handicapped children, combined with the characteristics of the students in our school, this subject adapts a set of broadcast gymnastics suitable for mentally retarded children according to the training requirements of general radio broadcasting. The research follows the special teaching principle of acceptability, combination of collective teaching and individual teaching, multi-cycle of small steps and so on. Through the four-year “mentally handicapped children’s radio gymnastics” training, our school students have developed a serious habit of doing exercises. The collective concept has been enhanced, self-control of behavior has been promoted, and the coordination and balance ability of hands, head, feet, eyes and limbs has been enhanced, thereby raising the sense of sensitivity and rhythm. On the basis of increasing body constitution, it has promoted the development of intelligence and improved the learning efficiency. Practice has proved that this broadcast gymnastics meets the physical and mental characteristics of mentally handicapped children and can lay a good foundation for their future development.
