本文针对层次结构描述的系统,依托理想解评价模型和聚类分析方法,分析和提炼被调查群体的意见,构建了竞优特征及水平的群识别方法。本方法在代表事物内涵的评价指标体系下,依据每位测评者的意见,从最有利于展示识别对象成绩的角度,对其竞优特征进行识别,可挖掘群体意见对于识别对象竞优特征的分布及竞优水平,分析识别对象的优势和劣势。本方法既尊重群体意见,又保护识别对象,具有客观性,容易被识别对象接受。应用本方法,对国有企业分公司总经理的竞优特征进行了实证分析,识别了该群体优势特征及竞优水平状况,并提出了相应的管理对策,以期为相关部门制定决策提供支持。
Based on the system of hierarchical structure description, this paper relies on the ideal solution evaluation model and clustering analysis method to analyze and refine the opinions of the surveyed groups, and builds the competitive group characteristics and level of group recognition method. Under the system of evaluation index which represents the connotation of things, this method identifies the characteristics of competitive advantage from the perspective of each evaluator, from the perspective of the most conducive to displaying the performance of recognition objects, Distribution and competitive level, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of identifying objects. This method not only respects group opinion, but also protects recognition object, has objectivity and is easy to be accepted by recognition object. Applying this method, this paper empirically analyzes the competitive characteristics of general managers of state-owned branch companies, identifies their advantages and competitive advantages, and proposes corresponding management strategies to provide support for the relevant departments to make decisions.
