This article plans to give some rough ideas on the application of behavioral science in the labor management of contracted companies. First, the use of behavioral science needs hierarchy theory, strengthen labor management, guide people’s behavior, mobilize people’s enthusiasm needs is the instinct of all living bodies, but also the driving force of people’s behavior. The different levels of people’s needs are a driving force to inspire and promote people to move toward their desired goals. This method of seeking motivation from the research needs is in line with the general law of mental activity. Because both socialist and capitalist workers have material and spiritual needs, although their needs have different meanings, contents, and scopes, they are revealed by social psychology.
