在一个小型流化床试验台上比较了晋城无烟煤在空气和富氧燃烧下SO2的释放和脱除特性,考察了燃烧气氛、氧浓度、床温和石灰石的添加等因素的影响.研究结果表明:在30%O2的富氧燃烧条件下SO2的释放量明显高于其在空气燃烧条件下的释放量;随着富氧燃烧气氛中O2浓度的增加(从21%增至40%),SO2的释放量显著增加,当氧浓度达到50%时,SO2的释放量有下降的趋势.床温860~920℃对SO2的释放没有明显的影响,但对其脱除有显著的影响.在空气和30%O2富氧气氛下,SO2的最佳脱硫温度均为880~900℃.
The release and removal characteristics of SO2 in Jincheng Anthracite under air and oxygen-enriched combustion were compared on a small fluidized bed test bench, and the effects of combustion atmosphere, oxygen concentration, bed temperature and the addition of limestone were investigated. The results show that: The release of SO2 was significantly higher than that under air-combustion under the oxygen-rich combustion condition of 30% O2. With the increase of O2 concentration from 21% to 40% in oxygen-enriched combustion atmosphere, When the oxygen concentration reached 50%, the amount of SO2 released tended to decrease.The bed temperature of 860-920 ℃ had no significant effect on the release of SO2, but had a significant effect on its removal.Under air and The optimal desulfurization temperature of SO2 in the oxygen enriched atmosphere of 30% O2 is 880 ~ 900 ℃.
