目的:测定川产柴胡不同品种、不同药用部位中柴胡皂苷a,c,d的含量。方法:采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃。结果:柴胡皂苷a,c,d分别在0.753~22.590,0.461~13.830,0.726~21.780μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为100.83%,99.96%,101.12%。结论:不同品种、不同药用部位柴胡皂苷含量差异较大,建议川产柴胡地上部分与地下部分分别入药。
Objective: To determine the content of saikosaponin a, c, d in different varieties and medicinal parts of Chuanhu Bupleurum. Methods: Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water with a gradient of 1 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Saikosaponin a, c and d showed a good linear relationship with the peak area at 0.753 ~ 22.590,0.461 ~ 13.830 and 0.726 ~ 21.780μg respectively. The average recoveries were 100.83%, 99.96% and 101.12% respectively. Conclusion: The content of saikosaponin in different varieties and medicinal parts is quite different. It is suggested that the above and underground parts of Bupleurum chuanchuan should be taken as medicine separately.
