TGV高速列车由8辆客车及每端一辆动车组成。动车组全长200.2米,重382吨,最高运行速度为260公里/小时。动车组有7个Y231型的拖车转向架及6个Y230型的动轮转向架。两端的每一辆动车由一个动轮转向架连接。动车组采用双流制,在巴黎毛里昂的新线上采用25千伏交流电牵引,而在巴黎东南部的其余线路上采用1.5干伏直流电牵引。高速运行时仅使用一个集电弓,采用交流电牵引。动力车由列车顶部的高压电缆连
The TGV train consists of 8 buses and a moving car at each end. The total length of the EMU is 200.2 meters and weighs 382 tons with a maximum speed of 260 km / h.
