妊娠特异性β_1糖蛋白(SP_1)含量的测定,可直接反映胎盘功能状态,间接了解胎儿宫内生长发育情况。孕卵植入后SP_1即进入母血循环,并逐渐上升,至足月时>100μg/ml。分泌量比胎盘泌乳素(HPL)高20-30倍,产后很快消失。母血中含量比羊水高100倍,比脐血高1000倍。目前国内测定主要有反向被动血凝、放射免疫、单向免疫扩散(SRID)三种方法。我院采用单向免疫扩散法,应用白求恩医科大学第二临床学院出品的药盒,试验结果表明有较高的实用价值。
