笔者从教十年来,无论在村教学点,还是县级、地级中学,都会遇到汉语学习特困生。尤其是近两年来,连续担任初中毕业班的汉语教学,汉语学习特困生的转化问题强烈地困扰着我。汉语特困生的转变是教师不可回避且必须解决的客观问题。众所周知,从学生的终身发展考虑,我们必须巩固汉语学科基础性地位;从提高教学质量的角度出发,我们必须重视特困生的转化问题;从教育的初衷出发,我们必须关注每一个个体,尤其是特困生,尽可能地培养和提高他们
I teach from the past decade, both in the village teaching point, or county, prefecture-level secondary schools, will encounter the Chinese learning poor students. Especially in the past two years, the problem of the conversion of the poor students who have been continuously engaged in the graduation classes of junior high schools and learning Chinese has plagued me. The transition of Chinese poor students is an objective problem that teachers can not evade and must be solved.
