目的:分析土壤缺水对黄芩SOD,APX,DHAR,MDHAR基因表达的影响。方法:利用受控实验对黄芩进行土壤缺水胁迫;利用半定量RT-PCR对基因转录水平进行分析。结果:与对照组相比,胁迫70 d后,APX基因转录水平显著降低;胁迫30,50 d后,DHAR基因转录水平显著降低;胁迫50 d后,MDHAR1基因有显著降低。结论:在土壤缺水的条件下,维生素C(AsA)作为一种重要的抗氧化剂在过氧化氢清除系统中可能发挥主要作用,其与黄芩素积累可能处于竞争的关系。
Objective: To analyze the effects of water deficit on SOD, APX, DHAR and MDHAR gene expression in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods: Scutellaria baicalensis was subjected to soil water stress by controlled experiments. The gene transcription level was analyzed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results: Compared with the control group, the APX gene transcription level was significantly decreased after 70 d of stress. The transcription level of DHAR gene was significantly decreased after 30 and 50 d of stress. The MDHAR1 gene was significantly reduced after 50 d of stress. CONCLUSION: Ascorbate (AsA) may play a major role in the hydrogen peroxide scavenging system as a key antioxidant under soil water deficit conditions and may compete with baicalein accumulation.
