西固热电厂三台苏产BT-50-2型汽轮机组,从70年代初期以后,2号轴承先后出现振动大现象,曾导致多次停机和轴承损坏事故.该厂在西安热工研究所、甘肃电力试验研究所等单位协助下,经过10多年的工作,用修复磨损后的靠背轮轮齿方法,终于将振动消除。本文就西固电厂3台汽轮机组的振动规律、振动原因及处理方法进行了讨论. 一、机组振动概况西固热电厂装有ВПТ-50-2型机组三台即№5、6、8机。该型机组铭牌出力为50MW,进汽参数为90绝对大气压、535℃。它带有10-16kgf/cm~2工业抽汽和1.2—2.5
Xigu Thermal Power Plant, three sets of the Soviet Union BT-50-2-type steam turbine units, from the early 70s after the second bearing has a large vibration phenomenon, has led to multiple downtime and bearing damage accident. This article discusses the vibration law, the vibration reason and the processing method of the three steam turbines in Xigu power plant.A vibration profile of the unit The Xigu thermal power plant is equipped with three units of №5, 6 and 8 units of ВПТ-50-2. The unit nameplate output is 50MW, intake parameters of 90 absolute atmospheric pressure, 535 ℃. It comes with 10-16kgf / cm ~ 2 industrial extraction and 1.2-2.5
