城镇化的发展趋势已然不可逆转,农村改革中土地问题永远是一个无法绕开和回避的核心问题。征地进行建设成为各地的一项普遍重大工程。高楼大厦的兴建原本是城镇化的体现,高额的房价却把农民群体彻底抛弃了。农民指着生存的最起码的土地被征收征用,然而对绝大多数农民来说,土地仍然是生存的最重要的生产资料,是命根子,一旦失去土地农民的后续生活能否得到保障,如何得到保障,值得深思。本文以设问的方式开题并贯穿,从农村土地管理制度的法律依据着手,结合城镇化发展的浪潮,提出农村征地补偿制度发展的一些建议,以期能对我国城镇化浪潮下的农村征地补偿有所裨益。
The development trend of urbanization is already irreversible. The land issue in rural reform will always be a core issue that can not be circumvented and avoided. Land acquisition and construction have become a universal major project all over the country. The construction of high-rise buildings was originally the embodiment of urbanization, but the high price of housing farmers completely abandoned. For the vast majority of peasants, the land is still the most important means of subsistence for production and is the lifeblood. Once the landless peasants’ successor life can be guaranteed, how can they be expropriated? Be protected, it is worth pondering. Based on the legal basis of rural land management system and the tide of urbanization development, this article puts forward some suggestions on the development of rural land acquisition compensation system in order to compensate for the rural land acquisition compensation under the tide of urbanization in our country Benefit.
