先天性隐睾症是小儿外科常见疾患,本院外科由1971～1983年共收治经手术治疗的隐睾症264例,现回顾该组病例的治疗并着重讨论提高本病的治疗效果。临床资料一般资料:本组264例,年龄在4岁以下者40例,5～7岁74例,8～10岁66例,11岁以上84例占本组32％为数最多。右侧隐睾132例占50％,左侧69例,双侧63例。共行睾丸下降术的324个,另有3例找不到睾丸。术中取睾丸组织作活检者24例占总数9.1％,术后
