干部人事档案真实反映着人才的基本情况与工作经历,是企业选拔和任用人才的重要依据。近年来随着信息技术的发展,干部人事档案管理工作取得了很大的进步。但当前很多企业的干部人事档案管理工作仍然存在较多问题,不仅阻碍了自身事业的发展,也对其他业务产生不利的影响。笔者探讨了做好干部人事档案管理工作的重要性与必要性,分析了新时期干部人事档案管理工作所面临的机遇与挑战,通过结合自己的实际工作经历分析了当前干部人事档案管理工作中存在的问题,最后对如何才能做好干部人事档案的利用与服务进行了深入研究。
