新一轮基础教育课程改革正在全国如火如荼地展开。合作学习作为本次课程改革倡导的学习方式之一,近年来受到了各级教研人员、学校领导及广大教师的青睐。然而,在实践过程中笔者发现,不少教师对合作学习的达成策略缺乏深度理解和思考,导致运用过程中存在赶时髦的现象,有的仅仅流于形式,结果也只能事与愿违;有的甚至昙花一现,致使合作学习半途夭折。那么,如何才能延续合作学习的生命呢?笔者结合近年来的教学实践作如下叙述。
A new round of basic education curriculum reform is in full swing in the country. As one of the learning methods advocated by this course reform, cooperative learning has been favored by teaching and research staff, school leaders and teachers at all levels in recent years. However, in the process of practice, I found that many teachers lack of deep understanding and thinking on the strategy of cooperative learning, resulting in humorous phenomenon in the process of application. Some only mere formality, the result can only be contrary to expectations; some even short-lived , Resulting in half-way cooperative study died. So, how to continue the life of cooperative learning? The author combines the teaching practice in recent years for the following narration.
