为研究三元乙丙(EPDM)绝热包覆材料的热解过程,采用热重分析仪完成其热降解实验,发现随着升温速率的升高,热重曲线逐渐向高温区移动。基于热重分析曲线进行不同程度热解保温实验,并通过电镜能谱法分析EPDM材料在热解各阶段不同元素含量,为之后研究EPDM材料热解后力学性能以及建立模型提供依据。
In order to study the pyrolysis process of EPDM insulation material, thermal degradation analyzer was used to complete its thermal degradation experiment. It was found that the thermogravimetric curve gradually moved to high temperature as the heating rate increased. Based on the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) curves, the pyrolysis heat preservation experiments were conducted. The content of different elements in the EPDM materials at different stages of pyrolysis was analyzed by electron microscopy (EDS), which provided the basis for further study on the mechanical properties and the establishment of the model after the pyrolysis of EPDM materials.
