锅炉检修过程中往往要调换一定数量的管道。而这些管道大多处在高温高压的条件下工作,因此对管道焊缝的焊接质量有严格的要求。为了保证管道的焊接质量,需按有关规程对不同类型及不同工作参数的管道焊缝按一定的比例进行射线探伤检查。这类管道的对接焊缝X射线探伤检查中,底片的真实灵敏度及大口径管道探伤的有效透照范围这两个问题是影响探伤质量的关键。为了达到电力工业部DJ60-79规程中对底片几何不清晰度、黑度、灵敏度的要求,提高射线探伤的质量,就上述的两个问题探讨如下。
Boiler repair process often have to change a certain number of pipes. Most of these pipelines work under the condition of high temperature and pressure, so the welding quality of pipe welds has strict requirements. In order to ensure the quality of pipe welding, according to the relevant regulations for different types and different working parameters of the pipe weld by a certain percentage of ray inspection. In this kind of pipe butt weld X-ray inspection inspection, the real sensitivity of the negative film and the effective penetration range of large-diameter pipeline inspection are the two key issues affecting the quality of inspection. In order to meet the Ministry of Electric Power Industry DJ60-79 rules on the film geometry unsharpness, blackness, sensitivity requirements, improve the quality of ray flaw detection on the two issues discussed below.
