4115柴油机在使用过程中易发生穴蚀,即在缸套的外壁中部靠气门推杆的一侧,产生许多蜂窝状的孔洞,这些孔洞逐渐扩大、加深,最后因穿透而报废。严重时,在机体上与此相对应部位也出现同样的孔洞。另外,在机体安装缸套阻水圈的凸台处也发生穴蚀,甚至造成冷水漏入曲轴箱的严重现象。在发动机工作过程中,由于燃烧压力的循环变化和活塞在侧压力的作用下对缸套产生周期性撞击,引起缸套高频振功,是造成穴蚀的一个重要原因。为此,我们采用减小缸套与机体、缸套与活塞的配合间隙,以减少振动等办法,减轻穴蚀,取得了良好效果,现介绍如下。

To this end, we reduce the liner and the body, cylinder liner and piston with the gap, in order to reduce vibration and other measures to reduce cavitation, and achieved good results, are presented below.
