我国中小学教材制度开始由国定制改为审定制,实行编、审分开,提倡“一纲多本”后,邢台市桥西区全面落实国家、地方、学校三级课程管理制度,将部分课程决策权下放到学校并且取得了阶段性成果。但我们也发现,在校本课程的开发与实施中,不少学校仍然存在着诸多共性问题,需要我们进一步研究与思考。
