In order to improve the professional quality of teachers and the quality of teaching in schools, the school bases itself on school-based teaching and research. In view of the current situation that school teachers are older, disciplines are not compatible, structures are not reasonable, teaching and research level is low, and teachers are not enthusiastic about participating in school-based teaching and research.
