东德造K116/50/20(K106/50/20)型汽轮机,国内共有八台。由于叶片设计上的缺陷,在机组出厂前或安装前东德制造厂已将全部八台机的第16级动叶片割短。这些机组从1968年起陆续投入运行,不仅因叶片割短等原因使经济性大大降低,而且第16级及第15级叶片还多次发生断裂事故,严重威胁机组安全运行,过去采取的一些措施也未能有效地防止事故的发生。本报告是叙述我们研究第16级叶片断裂事故的原因,着重用弹塑性理论对叶根强度进行详细计算的情况,并提出断裂原因的分析意见与改进措施。
East Germany made K116 / 50/20 (K106 / 50/20) steam turbine, a total of eight domestic.
