培养合格教师是师范教育的基本责任,或者说是底线要求。但现实是走出院校刚刚入职的教师并不能很快地进入角色,发挥应有的作用。问题出在哪儿?我们认为,合格教师的培养,师范院校的课程设计,尤其是教学论等理论课程的设计十分重要,因为理论常常是实践的先导。那么,现在的语文教学论设计得怎样呢?本期的两篇文章对此进行了探讨,希望能引发课程论专家们的思考。
Training qualified teachers is the basic responsibility of teacher education, or the bottom line requirements. But the reality is that teachers who have just started out of the university can not quickly enter the role and play their due role. Where is the problem? In our opinion, it is very important to cultivate qualified teachers, to design the theoretical curriculums of normal colleges and especially teaching theories, etc. Theory is often the guide of practice. So what is the design of Chinese teaching now? Two articles in this issue have been discussed in the hope of triggering the thinking of curriculum experts.
