培养合格教师是师范教育的基本责任,或者说是底线要求。但现实是走出院校刚刚入职的教师并不能很快地进入角色,发挥应有的作用。问题出在哪儿?我们认为,合格教师的培养,师范院校的课程设计,尤其是教学论等理论课程的设计十分重要,因为理论常常是实践的先导。那么,现在的语文教学论设计得怎样呢?本期的两篇文章对此进行了探讨,希望能引发课程论专家们的思考。 Training qualified teachers is the basic responsibility of teacher education, or the bottom line requirements.
