上海宾馆现浇钢筋混凝土工程量大,用模板多,标准层大间平台面积占整个标准层平台面积的80％。为减少塔机吊次,提高作业效率,我们在学习兄弟单位经验的基础上,试验成功一套组合台模整体安装,整体拆除,整体移动的新工艺。一、台模设计在确定台模构造时,我们考虑了以下几个因素: 1.台模的平面尺寸要适应具体工程对象的开间尺寸,减少镶补周边的工作量。 2.台模的面板、配件和管材要尽量采用标准扣件和标准规格,达到通用性强的目的,以便在不用台模时,模板配件仍能使用。
