研究在亚硝酸根催化下溴酸钾氧化溴甲酚绿的褪色反应,并据此建立一种测定痕量亚硝酸根的新催化光度法。该方法在室温下进行,操作尤为方便,有良好的选择性,线性范围为0~0.32mg/L,亚硝酸根(NO-2)的检出限为0.127μg/L。应用于几种环境水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定时,相对标准偏差小于4.5%,水样加标回收率平均为100.1%
To study the fading reaction of bromocresol green by potassium bromate catalyzed by nitrite and to establish a new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite.
