所谓“目标教学”,简单地说,就是通过师生的一系列活动,对每个单元或每堂课进行有目的的以确定教学目标为起点。使绝大多数学生达到预定教学目标为终点的教学管理过程。目前的教学大纲及分年级要求一般都比较笼统。它们所包含的知识点的内容和教学要求的深广度都难以捉摸。因此教师在教学中存在着一定的随意性和盲目性。要解决教学过程中的随意性和盲目性,首先必须从明确教学目标做起,然后围绕目标进行教学,从而达到教学大纲所规定的要求,实现教学质量的大面积提高。
The so-called “target teaching” is, in a nutshell, a series of activities for teachers and students, starting with the purposeful determination of teaching objectives for each unit or lesson. The teaching management process that makes the vast majority of students reach the intended teaching goal. The current syllabus and grade requirements are generally more general. The content of the knowledge points they contain and the breadth and depth of teaching requirements are elusive. Therefore, teachers have certain arbitrariness and blindness in teaching. To solve the arbitrariness and blindness in the teaching process, we must first start with a clear teaching goal, and then focus on the goal of teaching, so as to meet the requirements of the syllabus and achieve a large area of teaching quality.
