为了科学、准确地评价披碱草属牧草苗期的耐盐性,试验设0(对照)、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%4个土壤盐浓度水平,测定不同盐浓度胁迫下4种披碱草属牧草(肥披碱草、披碱草、垂穗披碱草、老芒麦)的过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性以及游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量的变化,在此基础上采用隶属函数法对牧草的耐盐性进行排序。结果表明:盐浓度在0~≤0.8%时,参试牧草的过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性呈明显上升趋势,但牧草对盐胁迫的响应有较大差异,随着盐浓度的升高,游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量均呈上升趋势,4种牧草的耐盐性披碱草﹥老芒麦﹥肥披碱草﹥垂穗披碱草。
