目的:研制一种适于飞行员使用的便携式全自动听力损伤快速筛查仪,用于预防高性能战机强噪声给飞行和地勤人员带来的听力损伤。方法:创新性地采用了音频解码芯片VS1003来实现听力损伤快速筛查以及特定背景噪声的预暴露。系统采用了ARM7-TDMI架构的LPC2148为主控芯片,软件设计上采用了基于UCOS-Ⅱ的多任务调度机制,以FAT文件系统的方式对SD卡的文件进行读写操作,信号的出现、听力级的改变、频率的选择以及受试者反应的记录均由系统自动完成,自动实现听力损伤评级。结果:该系统经过标定,能够按照《GBZ49—2002职业性听力损伤诊断标准》输出稳定频率和强度的音频信号,实现听力损伤自动筛查以及特定背景的噪声预暴露功能。结论:基于嵌入式系统和音频解码芯片VS1003设计的全自动听力损伤快速筛查仪能够按照设计要求实现听力损伤自动筛查和听力防护,整机具有硬件结构简单、集成度高、稳定性好、系统使用灵活等特点。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a portable automatic hearing impairment rapid screening instrument for pilots to prevent the hearing and injury caused by the strong noise of high-performance warplanes to flight and ground crew. Methodology: Innovative use of audio decoder chip VS1003 to enable rapid screening for hearing impairment and pre-exposure of specific background noise. The system uses the LPC2148 ARM7-TDMI architecture as the main control chip, software design based on UCOS-Ⅱ multi-task scheduling mechanism to FAT file system on the SD card file read and write operations, the emergence of the signal, hearing Grade changes, frequency selection, and subject response records were automatically completed by the system to automatically achieve a hearing impairment rating. Results: The system was calibrated to output audio signals of stable frequency and intensity according to GBZ49-2002 Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational Hearing Loss, to automatically screen for hearing impairment and noise pre-exposure for specific background. Conclusion: The automatic hearing impairment scanner designed on the basis of embedded system and audio decoder chip VS1003 can automatically screen hearing and hearing protection according to the design requirements. The whole machine has the advantages of simple hardware structure, high integration, good stability, The system is flexible and so on.
