本文从我国实施人才强国战略面临的新挑战入手,认为人事人才信息资源开发利用工作的相对滞后已经成为实施人才强国战略的主要“瓶颈”。通过对现代网络信息技术特点的分析,结合人事人才工作面临的问题,笔者提出构建国家人事人才信息资源开发利用的管理、服务和引导机制,以及全面推进人事人才信息资源开发利用的相关建议,为实现人才强国战略提供新途径。
Starting from the new challenge of implementing the strategy of strengthening our nation by talents, this paper argues that the relative lag in the development and utilization of human resources and talent information resources has become the main bottleneck in the strategy of strengthening our country by employing qualified personnel.
