通过对多种镗削方法的分析对比,选择了外排屑推镗法加工长缸筒。通过切削实验,优选了合适的刀具材料,确定了刀具的合理结构和几何参数,并推荐了合理的切削用量。应用此项研究成果加工的45钢QY16T起重机伸臂缸筒(直径φ125mm,长度近8m)取得了明显的经济效果。
Through the analysis and comparison of a variety of boring methods, the cymbal pushing method was selected to process long cylinders. Through cutting experiments, suitable tool materials were selected, the reasonable structure and geometric parameters of the tool were determined, and a reasonable cutting amount was recommended. The 45-steel QY16T crane reach cylinder (diameter φ125mm, length nearly 8m) processed by this research has achieved significant economic results.
