根据北京市６０年代建成的第一座右安门橡胶坝及７０年代至９０年代建成的数座橡胶坝资料分析，认为要发挥橡胶坝工程效益，必须加强对橡胶坝工程的管理，逐步完善橡胶坝管理规范和有关规章制度，进一步探索橡胶坝防老化材料的研制，以延长使用年限。
