本文对二元合金中被母相里溶质扩散所控制的第二相溶解及其成分均匀化问题,提出了数学模型和相应的数值解法。并将Fe-1.5%Cr-1%C钢,近似地视为受第三组无影响的二元合金,就其碳化物的溶解和碳在奥氏体中的均匀化过程以及在消除液析缺陷的扩散退火中铬的均匀化过程,根据提出的模型和解法,编制相应的程序,进行了计算。为进一步分析该合金的组织提供了一些数据。
This paper presents the mathematical model and the corresponding numerical solution of the second phase dissolution and the compositional homogenization of the binary alloy controlled by solute diffusion in the parent phase. And the Fe-1.5% Cr-1% C steel is approximately regarded as a binary alloy that is unaffected by the third group in terms of its dissolution of carbides and homogenization of carbon in austenite, According to the proposed model and solution method, the corresponding program is programmed and calculated. Some data are provided for further analysis of the organization of the alloy.
