本文介绍的长脉冲大面积强流电子束系统是为横向泵浦和控制放电泵浦大能量气体激光而设计和研制的。电子束能量为200—250keV,脉宽约为1—3μs,电流密度在0.5—8A/cm~2范围内可调,束截面积约为100×10cm~2。用这台电子束系统已成功地进行控制放电泵浦XeCl激光,在1.91的激活体积中获得激光能量为1J。今年又用它作为CO_2激光的泵浦源,在7.851的体积内初步获得360J的激光能量。
The long-pulse, large-area, intense-current electron beam system described in this paper is designed and developed for lateral pumping and controlling the discharge of pumped high-energy gas lasers. The energy of the electron beam is 200-250keV, the pulse width is about 1-3μs, the current density is adjustable in the range of 0.5-8A / cm ~ 2, and the beam cross-sectional area is about 100 × 10-2cm 2. With this electron beam system, a controlled discharge pump XeCl laser has been successfully used to obtain a laser energy of 1 J in an activation volume of 1.91. This year we use it as a CO2 laser source, in the volume of 7.851 initially obtained 360J laser energy.
