目前,在中国高校英语专业中,学生通常必须选择一门“第三语言”作为“二外”来学习。第二外语习得研究是近些年来发展起来的一门新兴独立学科,对第二外语习得的研究涉及门类多,讨论问题广。动机在第二外语习得理论中占有非常重要的一席之地,本文探讨了学生失去学习动机的原因,并且提出了一些激发学生动机的切实有效的教学手段和方法以促进学生第二外语的习得。
At present, in Chinese college English majors, students usually have to choose one “third language” as their “second foreign language” to learn. The second foreign language acquisition study is an emerging independent discipline that has developed in recent years. The study of second foreign language acquisition involves a wide range of subjects and discusses a wide range of issues. Motivation plays a very important role in the second foreign language acquisition theory. This article explores the reasons why students lose their motivation and puts forward some practical and effective teaching methods and methods to stimulate students ’motivation in order to promote students’ second language acquisition.
