根据人体淋巴细胞和其他细胞通过密度梯度离心后在不同比重分离液中有不同的沉淀率,我们用Isopaque-Ficoll淋巴细胞分离液(下称IF液)分离外周血,发现正常人可获得纯净而不混有红细胞的淋巴细胞层,恶性肿瘤患者却产生少量红细胞与淋巴细胞粘连现象(图1)。现将正常人、肿瘤和非肿瘤患者的观察结果,初步报道于后。一、材料和方法 (一)采血对象:正常人187例,恶性肿瘤患者201例,良性肿瘤患者15例,非肿瘤患者133例。 (二)操作方法:抽取静脉血0.5毫升。置于有抗凝剂(草酸钾或肝素)的试管内,加入Hanks溶液0.5毫升,混
