我校有700名学生,37名教职工。从去年九月起,我们积极进行教育管理改革,制定和试行《教育教学工作考核积分奖惩细则》,根据每个人的岗位责任,从出勤、教学、班务和其它工作等四个方面进行考核积分。具体做法是:设总分为100分,采用三、三、四和三、七制的积分法,即教师出勤30分,班务工作30分,教学工作40分;后勤人员和学校负责人出勤30分,其它工作70分。学期末根据每个人积分多少,评出优劣,决定奖罚。
