现行全日制十年制中学语文通用教材中,编选了相当数量的“阅读课文”。以初一、高一两个起点班为例,初中语文第一册共编入课文二十八篇,其中“阅读课文”为十一篇,占百分之三十九点三;高中语文第一册亦编入课文二十八篇,“阅读课文”则恰恰占了一半。随着年级的升高,“阅读课文”的编选量也逐渐加大,这是以往语文教材中所没有过的情况。因此,对于如何教好“阅读课文”,已经成为中学语文教师面临的一个新课题。
