培育并造就一批能够胜任立德树人神圣使命、引领基础教育发展的班主任,始终是我国教师教育不可推卸的重要职责。为此,班主任教育在我国教师教育体系中占据着十分重要的位置。从设置班级管理或班主任工作等相关课程,到开展班主任教育实习,再到开设中小学班主任讲座等,当前很多师范院校已经为开展班主任教育做了大量且卓有成效的努力。然而,很多新入职师范毕业生仍时常抱怨:大学期间所学的班主任知识难以帮助自己胜任 Cultivating and building a group of class teachers who are capable of performing the sacred mission of Ledu people and leading the development of basic education has always been an important responsibility that teachers can not shirk in our country.
