近几年来,胜利油田以“标准化设计、模块化建设、标准化采购、信息化提升”的“四化”建设为突破口,改进劳动组织形式,压扁管理层级,提高劳动生产率,推动体制机制创新,“四化”建设试点见到明显效果。孤东采油厂在前期开展“四化”项目施工建设的基础上,建立在数字化操作平台,是数字化管理的升级,能提供实时的油水井数据,能远程监控和管理,通过油水井、站静态与动态数据分析研究,精选出最佳油水井生产制度,实现措施工艺技术的决策优选,通过智能巡更、拍摄实现巡查数据化;通过单井数据无线远程传输,实现监控实时化;通过对地面、井下设备进行状态检查、参数优化,实现现场管理的动态化。通过“三化”管理模式的运行实现油水井智能化评价,达到提高油气采收率、延缓产量递减、提高油井生产时率、降低职工劳动强度、降低生产运行成本的目的。
