二十冶搅拌站1978年从日本引进一座一阶式、全自动化搅拌站,年生产能力为50万t,产量为180m~3/h,在引进设备中,没有使用粉煤灰装置,1983年对进口搅拌站进行了卓有成效的技术改造和试验研究,终于解决了掺用粉煤灰的技术难题,使这一掺灰技术措施至今一直在顺利进行。经实践证明,混凝土中掺加粉煤灰,不但和易性好,利于泵送,且水化热少,便于远距离运输和大体积混凝土的施工;又因节约了水泥、黄沙等,从而使混凝土生产成本也大为降低,粉煤灰还适合与减水剂复合使用,技术性能和经济效益更进一步提高。
