The wastewater from pig farm treated with anaerobic reactor was taken as the research object to discuss the removal of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in the wastewater by the fast infiltration system of new type of ecological high-load land. At the same time, the microbial community structure As well as the content of catalase, urease and nitrate reductase. The results showed that under the conditions of hydraulic loading of 11 cm · d -1 and influent COD of about 700 mg · L -1, The removal efficiencies of COD by primary leachate column and secondary leachate column were 78.8% and 63.0%, respectively, and the total removal rate reached 92.6%. When the hydraulic load increased to 22 cm · d ~ (-1) , The total removal rate of COD was still above 90.0% .The removal rate of NH3-N was more significant in the system, the removal rate was up to 99% .The catalase content in the upper, middle and lower part of the rapid landfill leachate system Which were 1.899, 0.990 and 0.323 m L · g -1, respectively, which indicated that the organics in the piggery wastewater were mainly removed in the upper and middle part of the system. The nitrate in the middle and lower part of the secondary land rapid infiltration system The reductase contents were 3.453, 3.831 and 1.971 m L · g -1, respectively, indicating that denitrification occurred mainly in the secondary land rapidly The upper and middle of the filtration system. The main microorganisms in this rapid landfill leachate system are Gram Negative and Gram Positive, especially AMFungi and Actinomycetes occupy a certain proportion in the secondary land rapid infiltration system, Degradation of organic matter to provide protection.
