肾包膜下血肿在临床上较少见。我院1983—1988年共收治2例,现报告如下。例1,女49岁。1982年4月由1米高的木橙上摔倒,伤后有腰痛及镜下血尿,经对症处理后症状消失。1983年发现血压高(160/110mmHg)当时CT扫描示。右肾后部包膜下积液(血肿?)。同年11月11日行手术探查,术中见右肾后部包膜下 Subcapsular hematoma is clinically rare.
