本文采用 x--射线衍射、x--萤光分析、红外光谱、化学分析等方法研究了合成 CaO-SiO_2--R_2O_3系矿渣的结构特征。讨论了矿渣的结构特性对其水硬活性的影响。作者认为:矿渣的相组成对其水硬活性的影响很大,玻璃相与结晶相的比值越高,其水硬活性越高,而对于矿渣玻璃来说,其网络体的聚合度和强度对水硬活性的影响很大,玻璃体的聚合度越大,强度越高,则其水硬活性越小。
In this paper, the structural characteristics of synthesized CaO-SiO_2--R_2O_3 slag were studied by means of x-ray diffraction, x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and chemical analysis. The influence of the structural characteristics of slag on its hydraulic activity was discussed. The authors believe that the phase composition of the slag has a great influence on its hydraulic activity. The higher the ratio of the glass phase to the crystalline phase, the higher the hydraulic activity, and for the slag glass, the polymerization degree and strength of the network are The effect of hydraulic activity is very large. The greater the degree of polymerization of the glass body and the higher the strength, the less its hydraulic activity.
