目的：观察国产干扰素α－１ｂ（赛若金）对人眼 Ｔｅｎｏｎ囊成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法：取人眼Ｔｅｎｏｎ囊成纤维细胞进行体外培养，传３代后用ＭＴＴ法检测干扰素α－１ｂ对人眼Ｔｅｎｏｎ囊成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果：干扰素α－１ｂ对人眼Ｔｅｎｏｎ囊成纤维细胞生长有明显的抑制作用，１０～６ＩＵ／ｍｌ作用组的ＯＤ值为（０．１１０９±０．０ ５８５）与对照组（０．２ ５３５±０．０ ５０２）之间有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），作用组的抑制率为５６．２５％。结论：国产干扰素α－１ｂ对人眼Ｔｅｎｏｎ囊成纤维细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of domestic interferon α-1b on the proliferation of human eye Tenon capsule fibroblasts. Methods: Human eye Tenon capsule fibroblasts were cultured in vitro. After passage three generations, the inhibitory effect of interferon α-1b on the proliferation of human eye Tenon capsule fibroblasts was detected by MTT assay. Results: Interferon α-1b significantly inhibited the growth of human Tenon’s capsule fibroblasts. The OD value of 10 ~ 6 IU / ml group was (0.1109 ± 0.0 585) and that of control group (0.2 535 ± 0.0 502) (P <0.01), and the inhibitory rate of the treatment group was 56.25%. Conclusion: Domestic interferon α-1b can significantly inhibit the proliferation of human Tenon capsule fibroblasts.
