为了提高抗癌药物的疗效,降低它的毒副作用,除了化学结构的改造外,设计新剂型和适宜的给药途径,是药剂研究与生产上必须重视的问题。目前国外报道的抗癌药物新剂型有脂质体、毫微型胶囊、静脉乳剂、半透性微型胶囊、微球剂、β-环糊精分子胶囊等多种剂型。本文着重介绍了脂质体的结构原理、制法及作用特点以及毫微型胶囊的制备工艺与用途。
In order to improve the curative effect of anticancer drugs and reduce its toxic and side effects, in addition to the chemical structure modification, the design of new dosage forms and appropriate route of administration are problems that must be paid attention to in pharmaceutical research and production. Currently reported new anticancer drugs abroad formulations liposomes, nano-capsules, intravenous emulsion, semi-permeable microcapsules, microspheres, β-cyclodextrin molecular capsules and other dosage forms. This article focuses on the structure of liposomes, the preparation method and the characteristics of the role and the preparation process and use of nano-capsules.
