我翻阅近几年学校的各学科成绩分析表,不看不知道,一看吓一跳,中老年教师的成绩真的不如青年教师,有的科目还有相当大的差距?为什么?针对这一问题,我走进学校的监控室,对部分中老年教师和青年教师的课堂教学进行对比观察,发现中老年教师课堂教学激情没有青年教师高昂,中老年教师的课堂管理也比较松。比如一堂讲评课,中老年教师分析讲评非常好,也贴近学生的发展区,学生上课很投入,课堂氛围非常好,但把讲评的试卷收上来
